Training Log

My workouts are centered around weight training. Cardio is supplemental to my diet and allows me to eat more food while fueling my cardiovascular system. I believe that every healthy human being should be lifting and lifting heavy. It increases metabolism and promotes healthy joints and movement.

My weight training days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (some Saturdays instead) while cardio days are Tuesday and Thursday. I try to rest on the weekend but if I missed a cardio day then I’ll fit it in either Saturday or Sunday.

I use Gym Bio to log in my workouts. I find it to be the best program and allows me to add an exercise if it’s not in the database.


  • Deadlift: 5 sets increasing weights up to one heavy set of 5.
  • Assisted Pullups: 2×6-8
  • Dumbbell rows: 2×10
  • Side planks
  • Front planks
  • Glute bridges


  • Bench press: 3×8
  • Arnold Press: 2×10
  • Pushups: As many as I can do
  • Side planks
  • Front planks


  • Leg press: 3×10
  • Leg extensions: 8-10
  • Hyper Extensions: 2×15
  • Air Squats: 3 sets of 20
  • Wood Choppers: 2×10
  • Tricep rope extension: 2×10

Fuel the muscles baby!!!
