Pumpkin Pie Oats

Perfect for the Winter months but definitely good all year round 😉

The ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup canned Pumpkin
  • 5g flax
  • 1T cocoa powder
  • 9g Walnuts
  • 1T Apricot jam,
  • 11g Cinnamon Raisin peanut butter
  • Naked Bear Chocolate Granola

Make oats accordingly either in microwave or stove top.

I made these in the microwave for convenience. I mixed the oats, almond milk and cocoa powder first and microwaved for 3 minutes. Then I added the pumpkin and flax. Stir well and microwave for another 3 minutes. While the oats are cooling, set it aside and microwave your walnuts for 1 minute. When those are done, pour the remaining ingredients over the oats and enjoy!!

    yay! cannot wait to try this! pretty new to the vegan/vegetarian/raw movement but i have been learning a lot from your blog – any tips you can kinda gimme ?? my plan- to be vegetarian 6 out of 7 days and the 7th day i still wanna eat healthy but ill eat red meat.
