Protein Pancakes

Banana Blueberry Pancakes

The ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup old fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup egg beaters
  • Dash of vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Pour onto a hot skillet. Add blueberries while the mixture is heating up. Make like you would a normal pancake. When done, pour onto a plate and add chopped bananas with SF syrup. Enjoy!! 🙂
