Overnight Oats

Finally I made some delicious overnight oats! Wish I could say they were OOIAJ but still lots of pb and ab left in my jars 😛

The ingredients:

  • 40 grams of oats
  • 3 ounces of Fage
  • 1/3 cup of 1% milk
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 22 grams of kashi
  • 2 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 11 grams of almond butter
  • Packet of splenda
  • Cinnamon
  • Walden Farms Chocolate dip

Mix the oats, Fage, milk, and chopped banana together with some splenda and cinnamon. Fage isn’t very sweet so the added sweetener makes a difference. Place your mix in the fridge to be left overnight.

The next morning the oats are pretty plump so I added the rest of the dry ingredients. Topped it off with some almond butter and chocolate dip 😀

Mixed with the cereal, and almond butter

The oats are hiding underneath!! Almost forgot the chocolate! 😮

Now we mix!

If you are engaging your core muscles properly, you should not feel pain in your lower back.
Rubber flooring is much more durable and holds its color and design much
longer as the pattern goes all the way through the thickness of the pieces.
Even if you are leasing and don’t own the building, your business still has property.
