Eggy Pizza

Pizza without the carbs?! I have the perfect recipe for you Smile

The ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Ragu Chunky sauce
  • 8 slices of turkey pepperoni
  • 35 grams of Kraft fat free Mozzarella cheese 
  1. Bring a skillet to medium heat and add olive oil when it’s hot enough
  2. Crack 2  eggs and scramble them in a bowl. Add any kind of seasonings you want. I added salt, pepper, and some oregano
  3. Meanwhile put oven on broil and continue to cook the eggs until it’s not raw in the middle. Give it time
  4. When it looks fairly cooked add your Ragu sauce, pepperoni slices, and cheese on top
  5. Put on the highest rack of your oven and broil it for a few minutes until everything is melted and cheesy
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy your “pizza”!!
