Chicken Squash Soup
Soup is always a comfort food for any occasion
- Butternut squash
- Crinkled Carrots
- Angel Hair Barilla Spaghetti
- Salt to taste
- 2 cans of low sodium chicken broth
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
Add evoo to pot and cook up chicken. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked add onions, celery and chicken broth.
Leave it to simmer and then add the pasta, squash, and carrots to the pot. Season with salt, basil, and oregano. Leave closed for about 15 minutes on low.
