Hi friends!!

Hope everyone is enjoying their day off and spending it with the people you love most

I have no idea what I’ll be doing tonight but hopefully I’ll get to enjoy the fireworks!

This past weekend was a nice one. On Friday I had a date night with Frankie. We went to the movies to watch Transformers Dark of the Moon. It was a great movie but I have to say I missed Megan Fox Ever since the first Transformers came out I’ve always had a huge girl crush on her. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was the Victoria Secret model that replaced Fox as Shia’s new love.

She’s pretty, don’t get me wrong but she’s no Megan

Saturday night was spent with my girls. We went to see Bad Teacher. It was great, Cameron Diaz was perfect for the part.

I was laughing from beginning to end, definitely a must see comedy. No night of ours is complete without a trip to Denny’s of course. I took it upon myself to satisfy my hunger with an Oreo sundae

Demolished!

Well that’s my weekend for you!

Were seeing transformers today and I’m with you, I’m super crushed megans no longer in it. She’s super hot, and I don’t like the idea of shia just getting over her in the movie. Obviously I haven’t seen it so I don’t know exactly what happens, but to me its going to ruin the love story part. Owell, at least josh duhmal is still in it 🙂

I haven’t actually seen any new movies in a little while because I have a hard time sitting through them. It’s weird because I used to be a total movie buff and would watch anything/everything that came out, but I just lost interest. Now I do a lot of reading. I know, I know, how cool am I 😉

I heard the new actress wasn’t nearly as good as megan fox! To be honest I didn’t like any of the transformers movies so I don’t plan on seeing this one either.
I’m looking forward to seeing harry potter!!! I’m so excited for it to come out! I’m seeing it in IMAX and all. So pumped.

I thought it was odd that Megan Fox wasn’t in the new Transformers. I haven’t seen it yet, but since I have a little brother, I’m sure I will soon.
I saw Monte Carlo the other day, and despite what people think, it’s nothing like the Lizzie McGuire Movie. I think I liked it better than the LMM, actually.
Probably going to the local park for the fireworks tonight. I hope you have a nice 4th!

We are debating seeing transformers today.. 2.5 hours seems like a long time though. Did it drag on?!

Last 2 movies I’ve seen in the theater were Bridesmaids and Hangover 2 🙂 Both good!

We saw transformers this weekend too. I thought the new girl did a pretty good job. The movie was kind of boring just because it was so much fighting (what did I expect…lol) but I went and saw it because my hubby wanted to! I really want to see Bad Teacher!!

The last movie I saw was the 2nd Hangover. I still really want to see Bridesmaids! I just haven’t gone yet because it’s always playing at 10:30 pm and I doubt I’d be able to stay awake through it! 😛

I haven’t watched any movies lately, actually. I was supposed to go see fireworks tonight but there was a HUGE storm, so they were cancelled 😦 I did see some yesterday though, and they were awesome!

Good to know you liked Transformers. My husband is begging me to go and I liked 1 and 2 but heard not so great things about this one. Good to hear at least 1 positive review!

I’m jealous you got to see two movies in one weekend! I haven’t been to the theater is SO long. Like maybe since December… I hope you got to catch some fireworks last night! I watched them at my (used to be) college stadium and thought it was a spectacular show. Except for the 5 year old boy who’d never seen fireworks screaming “WHOA WHOA WHOA” through the entire thing…and then that 5 year old boy turned out to be a 25-year old woman.

Sounds so fun, and I was so bummed they took Megan Fox out. She was perfect for the role! But at least she stood up for women’s rights and all that by refusing to run around screaming for someone to save her. Lovin that Oreo sundae!

how did that zucchini taste compared to cooked? i’m thinking about getting a spiralizer now 🙂
