Memorial Weekend Fun
Thank you guys so much for all the help and support in my last post. It’s reassuring to know I’m not the only one who gets anxiety when I go on vacation. Overall I had a great time but the food situation left my body frazzled. I didn’t want to show up taking food of my own since they had bought so many things but I did bring Luna Bars and a few Special K bars in case I got the munchies. The Luna Bars really came in handy since I wasn’t getting enough protein. I’m happy to be back with a tan and a fridge full of veggies. The sad part is that this is what people eat everyday, my body needs foods with substance, not chips and dip.

Sunshine Key was amazing. We went fishing, hit the beach, snorkeled, and saw this gorgeous sunset
It was great to spend time with my best friends for the whole weekend but I did miss my boyfriend, my bed, and my fridge! My body is kind of hating me right now so I’m gonna give it the love it needs and refuel it with lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grain foods. Zumba class really did me good this morning, I needed to work up a sweat.
