Who else was up in the middle of the night to watch the royal wedding?! Nope, not me 😉 I slept in. This girl needs her rest and with a 7am wake up call I had to be refreshed for a good strength training workout!

1. Wood Choppers
I love doing these for my obliques. True story, I was at the gym when an old man came up to me and asked what muscle wood choppers worked on; I told him my obliques. He had no idea what I was talking about and asked if “oblique” was a made up word. What?! As soon as I said “love handles” he knew what I was referring to lol

This one was completely the boyfriend’s fault. I never use to drink energy drinks but now I’m addicted to this one. Zero calories 😀 Just don’t give me a Red Bull, don’t like the stuff.
