Working With Bloobs (WIAW)
Good Morning Bloggies!!
Hope you’re having a fabulous Wednesday 🙂
I woke up at 8am today and headed straight to the gym for an intense workout which consisted of:
- Bench Press
- Arnold Press
- Push Ups
My arms are about to give out on me, I am incredibly sore (but in a good way ;))
After my workout, breakfast was calling my name. Nothing better than some oatmeal, especially blueberry banana oatmeal!
It’s been a long time since I used up some bloobs and today was the day 🙂
I made my oats with a ratio of:
1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup almond milk, 5g flax and pb2. You can never have too much pb 😉 I stirred in 1/3 nanner and 1 oz of bloobs towards the end of cooking.
In continuation of WIAW I’ll give you some more picture of some noms I made…Yes I used nom…It wasn’t a typo 😉
