Doing My First WIAW
I made the mixture overnight and woke up to this
Wow this breakfast did not disappoint!
I can never let a bowl of oats go naked so naturally I added some toppings 😀
Today was a workout day so I hit the weights hard
- Arnold Presses
- Cable Crunches
- Leg Raises
I start my new workout on Monday so I’ll post it up then 😀
For lunch I had a ham and cheese wrap with a pickle 🙂
Can you believe I never liked pickles? Back in my McDonalds day I would order a cheeseburger sans pickle. Now I love em. Go figure. It’s the boyfriend’s fault 😉
Dinner was a Chicken Kitchen inspired dish
Grilled chopped chicken over a bed of yellow rice with lettuce and chopped tomatoes. On the side was a dipping sauce made up of olive oil mayo with mustard and curry to add an authentic look 😉 So simple and easy but omg amazing! I can’t take credit for this dish, all the bf’s idea 😀
