Hope everyone had a great weekend!!
I think sometimes we all need a little Monday motivation :) For me, it’s looking forward to a great strength training workout.

These are a few eats from the weekend
Had these right before I went to Saturday class. I’m taking Nutrition on Saturdays from 8:30-11:20am. Yes it is incredibly longggggg. After like an hour it becomes a bit hard to focus. Luckily this Saturday I was in and out because I was testing.
After my test I went to my boyfriend’s sister house for a nice lunch followed by dessert.
We went to Yogurtland and I got a mixture of cookies and cream/cheesecake fro-yo. Topped with oreo pieces, strawberries, sprinkles, cheesecake bits, and cookie dough pieces. I’m like a 5 year old when it comes to ice cream. I think I enjoy toppings more than I do the yogurt ;) This hit the spot, can’t wait to go back :D
At night I had a nice night with friends going to Miller’s Ale House that opened up close to my house. It was packed and the wait was almost 2 hours but regardless we had a fun night.
On Sunday I had lazy day with the boyfriend. He studied and me?….well I looked at blogs all day ;) He was nice enough to give me his almost empty Dark Chocolate Dreams pb jar. What can I say, I’ve become a collector.
In my mix I had:
1/2 cup oats, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 nanner chopped, flax
Topped with peanuts, 1/2 Luna bar, and the dark chocolate pb that was already in the jar :)
Well I’m off to hit the weights! Today will be consisting of bench press, leg press, lat pulldowns, and air squats.
Hope I get to beat any previous PR’s ;)
- What do you prefer, OOIAJ or regular hot OIAJ?
Although I liked the hot, I love the cold better. It’s always nice to switch it up tho :D
