Happy Monday! 😀 I know that some of you are on spring break so hope you are having lots of fun and soaking up some sun. Last week I won a Luna Bar Giveaway courtesy of Tasty and Trim and I was beyond ecstatic. Let’s just say I’ve never won any kind of contest, ever lol The fabulous Jessica was nice enough to send me 6 different flavors of Luna Bars which I’ve never tasted before 😀
You guys are just so fabulous, there’s nothing better than opening up a package with such a sweet card 🙂
S’mores was my first choice and they were going to be my ooiaj topper! 🙂
Apparently word on the street is that I am a collector of empty nut butter jars 😉 My super kind sister (well she’s my bf’s sister) gave me one.
Now that is love 🙂 My boyfriend told me I should start going door to door lol
Last night I loaded my jar up and woke up to this
In my overnight mix I had: 33g oats, 1/4 cup chocolate silk milk (a splash of water),
2 ounces of Dannon Light and Fit, cinnamon, cocoa powder, 8g chia seeds, 1/4 nanner, & sliced strawberries
In the am, I threw in 1/2 of the s’mores bar 🙂
I loved the Luna Bar! It was delicious and the perfect crunch to my breakfast 🙂
Today’s workout wasn’t so great and I can feel myself starting to get weaker. I definitely need to make sure I’m getting enough calories to sustain a good workout.
Bench Press: 55lbs (horrible) I dropped weight and still struggled.
Air Squats: I’m substituting these for lunges until my form is good enough to do real squats. I miss them 😦
Leg Press: 210 lbs
Lat Pulldown: 85 lbs
I’m definitely not where I wanna be yet, I’m not consistently increasing weight which it quite a bummer. Either way I got a good sweat.
Now I’m off to get some studying done or at least try to 🙂 Have a great Monday everyone!
