Good morning everyone! Hope it was a fab weekend and no one has a case of the Mondays. My weekend was a relaxing one, stayed in with the boyfriend and made lots of fro-yo 🙂
My IBS is good today but I was extremely bloated all weekend 😦 Thank you all for the kind words, this is just something that I have to take day by day and just live with. Hopefully my next Gastro appt will go better.
Now for some weekend eats!
Since I was with the boyfriend all weekend the eats are always a bit more elaborate than the usual chicken and veggies I make for dinner.
For lunch we decided on making soup.
Now you can’t have something salty without following up with dessert so we made fro-yo!
Well I’m off to the gym for my Monday weight training 🙂 Can’t wait to bench press and do leg presses
