Yay it’s finally Friday, time to celebrate! 🙂 Unfortunately I woke up feeling a bit sick but after taking some Dayquil I’m feeling great.
It was a chilly morning and time for oats 😉
Chocolate banana oats
In the mix:
- Old Fashioned Oats
- Cocoa Powder
- Splenda to sweeten
- Kashi Go Lean Toasted Berry Crumble
And definitely some much needed coffee! I love French Vanilla flavored coffee and I added a little splash of French Vanilla creamer.
I was definitely ready to start the day and have a great work out 😛
